Named after the straw basket that enwraps some Italian Chianti wine bottles, Il Fiasco refers to both the unique atmosphere of this cozy eatery and to the culinary approach of chef Judith Birchall.
Message from the Chef
Fair pricing is paramount to us. At Il Fiasco we try to whenever possible buy local and organic. We make all our dressings, desserts and doughs in house, and much of the veggies in season come from our own organic garden.
Because we are an independent business we have always prided ourselves in the fact that we deal with no “chain corporations.”
We have been in business for over 16 years so we must be doing something right!
