Fair pricing is paramount to us. At Il Fiasco we try whenever possible to buy local and organic. We make all our dressings, desserts and doughs in house. A lot of the veggies in season come from our own organic garden. Because we are an independent business we have always prided ourselves in the fact that we deal with no “chain corporations.”

Chef Judith Birchall has created a menu of dishes using the finest seasonal produce. Taking inspiration from around the world, all the dishes on our menu are designed for sharing. Using incredible local produce, meat and and fish are and prepared on site every day, and paired with ingredients so good they really speak for themselves. Everything at Il Fiasco is made in-house, even the bread and dressings.
